Preconstruction & Construction

General contracting services for custom homes and renovations, with early construction planning followed by disciplined field execution.

    Our Role as General Contractor

Intelligent Construction provides general contracting, preconstruction, and construction services. During preconstruction, we review available plans for constructability, develop construction pricing and scheduling, and plan trade procurement.

Architectural, engineering, interior design, and other professional design services are outside our scope. Those professionals are independently engaged by the owner and remain responsible for their services, drawings, and specifications.

We collaborate with the owner's design professionals by providing construction-related information and carrying out the permitted plans. We remain responsible for our construction scope, including field operations and subcontractor scheduling.
